Product Structure

Each patch is a three-layer laminate: a hydrocolloid absorbent core that draws out fluid on contact, a thin PU film backing that locks moisture in and resists water from the outside, and a medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive ring that holds the patch flat on the skin without lifting at the edges. The hydrocolloid turns white as it absorbs exudate, giving a clear visual signal that the patch is working.

Available Shape Options

Standard shape library covers round dots (10 mm / 12 mm), oval patches for chin and jawline, and slim strips for the nose and hairline. Custom die-cut shapes (star, heart, hexagon, brand-logo silhouettes) are available for private label runs.
